For the Croziflette
  • 1 lb (450g) crozets (small square-shaped pasta)
  • 1 Reblochon cheese (or similar soft cheese)
  • 1/2 lb (225g) bacon, diced
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cook the Crozets

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the crozets and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Bacon and Onion
    • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Combine Ingredients
